The normal time frame for most of our products to arrive is 3-5 business days. The tea is in high demand and may take longer to arrive. It is best to contact your distributor to find out a time frame on receiving the tea.

Although individual results vary,  the package has the recommended amount to drink located on the back to consume to last for one week. Listen to your body, as it is the miracle. If you are looking for better results, increase your intake or drink warm to increase number of daily stools. 

You may experience toxins being released from any of the following methods: boils, cankers, body odor, gas or diarrhea. If you experience any of these conditions,  do not be alarmed . Most of these conditions clear up in 2-3 days. It is only your body attempting to remove toxins and parasites that have been logded in the colon for long periods of time and interfering with the natural performance of your body. 

Every person is different, and some more toxic than others.  It is important to pay attention to how you feel over the course of the first week. Many experience increased energy, the ability to sleep better at night, decreased inflammation on the joints,  loss of weight and inches as well, especially in the stomach area. Many even experience the loss of 5 or more pounds in 5 days!

Some people have a brief experience becoming constipated with the tea. If this occurs, be sure to increase your water intake. You must remember that your body is going through a detox and must continuously be hydrated. For best results, drink as close to a gallon of water a day as possible or at least half of your body weight in ounces. 

Although this product is not formulated specifically for weight loss, one of the benefits for most is weight loss, as the body begins to release fecal matter that has been trapped in the intestinal tract which in essence has slowed down metabolism and ablity to lose weight in the first place. For most people, Iaso tea significantly increases the desire for healthy foods and minimizes cravings for sugary products. 

Cramping from drinking the tea typically comes from toxins and parasites holding on to the intestinal wall. Continue to drink the tea and increase your water intake. This feeling will subside within a couple of days.  

You may need to drink more of the tea or make the tea stronger by adding less water.

You may drink the tea cold or warm however warm tea tends to allow for quicker bowel movements. Many like to drink the first cup of tea cold and the one with dinner warm.
